How can I reserve a vehicle with Belcar?
You can easily make a reservation online through our website. Simply select your preferred vehicle type and complete the contact form. Once we receive your request, one of our team members will contact you within 24 hours (during office hours) to arrange a vehicle within your chosen category.
What is the minimum and maximum rental period?
The minimum rental period is generally 1 day (24 hours). The maximum rental period is 12 months.
What if I want to keep the vehicle longer than the maximum rental period?
No problem at all. We can help you switch to a long-term contract, such as operational leasing or financial rental. Alternatively, you can exchange the vehicle for a different one.
Is the vehicle insured?
Yes, all vehicles come with standard insurance coverage, including third-party liability and fully comprehensive insurance. The excess amount is specified in the rental agreement.
What happens in the event of damage or an accident?
In the event of damage or an accident, you must contact us within 24 hours and complete a European accident report form. An excess charge may apply.
What if I break down while on the road?
All vehicles include breakdown assistance. You’ll find the emergency contact number in the vehicle and in your rental agreement.
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, there is a mileage limit of 120 km per day or 3,600 km per month. Any additional mileage will be charged accordingly.
