  • Flexible, tailor-made solutions
Is leasing only for businesses?
Our long-term leasing is primarily aimed at self-employed professionals, SMEs, and companies.
Can a start-up business lease vehicles?
Yes, subject to approval following a financial assessment.
What leasing options does Belcar Lease Solutions offer?
Operational leasing
With operational leasing, you rent a vehicle for a fixed period at a fixed monthly fee. Maintenance, tyres, insurance, and other services are usually included. At the end of the contract, you simply return the vehicle.
Financial renting
Financial renting is a long-term business rental solution where Belcar purchases a vehicle of your choice and makes it available to you, without it appearing on your company’s balance sheet. You pay a monthly rental fee and have the option to purchase the vehicle at a pre-agreed residual value at the end of the contract. You can optionally add services such as maintenance, insurance, and tyres, but this is not mandatory.
What is the duration of a lease contract?
The duration typically ranges from 24 to 60 months, depending on your needs.
Can I terminate my contract early?
Yes, but early termination fees may apply. The exact conditions are outlined in the contract.
How many kilometres can I drive?
At the start of the contract, an annual mileage allowance is agreed (e.g. 15,000 – 30,000 km per year).
What happens if I drive more or fewer kilometres?
This is adjusted throughout the contract. If you exceed your agreed mileage, you will be informed and a recalculation will be made. At the end of the contract, a final settlement is carried out based on the actual number of kilometres driven.
What happens at the end of an operational lease?
The vehicle is returned and inspected for normal wear and tear. Any deviations are charged in accordance with the contract terms.
What is considered normal wear and tear?
Minor scratches or light signs of use that are consistent with the vehicle’s age and mileage, in line with the RENTA standard: https://renta.be/rentanorm/
